I like the concept of this as I am not one to go to SC or gyms for that matter, need to lose about 25 lbs and the only thing I do now is play tennis but he suggest 3x a week. If someone has this and has invested in it can you please share your experience and overall option? Worth the money? Did it surpass your expectations?
if you think that would help, then go to 24 hour fitness and do the Spinning/RPM classes. You will not be on your own. These classes are so much better than doing it on your own. Cost should be like $35 to $40 per month plus once a year fee of $40. do not pay anymore than that. Initiation fee is waived if you do automatic deductions. But at least try out the classes for a few days BEFORE buying a peloton. http://www.24hourfitness.com/utility/classes/?clubid=00818&cm_sp=CDP-_-Button-_-ClassSchedule
