My DH and I told our friends we were infertile and pursuing infertility treatments and they were wonderful. We were very open because you never know what people are going through. We also wanted to remove stigma of infertility. I found our biggest cheerleaders were our friends who never want children, which kind of surprised me. One of my professional mentors cried when we finally had success. But it was also nice because everyone gave me a pass when my estrogen was over 4,000 and the crazy things hormones do to you. The treatments are legit crazy. [/quote]
