They're so smug about helping the needy, but yet they're only doing it with MY money and keeping their own?  I really hope Bowser vetoes this bill.

The Council is giving us 8 weeks parental, 2 weeks self care, and 6 weeks family care at $1,000.

I get full pay - 8 weeks maternity, 12 weeks self care, and 12 weeks to care for family, so I'm definitely losing.  My nonprofit gives me my full salary if I go on leave.  I'm not rich, but I'm in the high 90s, which is over 2,000 a week.

What do other people get for paid benefits?
