No. This seems highly unlikely because it is difficult to imagine any motivation for doing so. This is essentially a non-existent club. It has a handful of low-level teams in Maryland, and is trying to start one or two teams in Virginia. I highly doubt that any competitor is aware of its existence or feels even the tiniest bit threatened by it. Despite the hamfisted nature of the initial publicity attempt it seems far more likely that this was an attempt by the club to promote itself than the reverse.

All a club has to do is hire British, Brazilian, French, Serbian or other foreign language-speaking coaches and they parents will be easily sold. LOL
