Best non stick pan

I’ve gone down a black whole of getting 100 direct to consumer brands advertised to me on Instagram. If you have one, what’s the brand and do you like / dislike it?

Following. My all-clad non-stick seems to have bit the dust and I need to replace it. Not wanting to go down that route again since it didn't last that long for such an expensive brand.

Try Calphalon pots.

According to America’s Test Kitchen, the OXO brand is amongst the best and very well priced.

I just did a ton of research on this. I bought two Green Pans about a month ago and am really happy with them so far.

I've had a few Calphalon Contemporary nonstick pans for ten+ years and they're still in great shape, still not sticking, heat evenly. I have a large and a small skillet, which I've had longest and used most often, and I have a small saucepan that's my go-to pot for rice because it never sticks and never burns. I recently went down the rabbit hole of online reviews thinking I might look for more pieces in a different brand, but then I thought about how these have held up and decided to just get more Calphalon Contemporary.

Just bought a Green Pan and love it. We use it for eggs daily, but not for anything that will brown in the pan. I am religious about using low heat after ruining several other pans from other brands.

If I am cooking something with sauce that might get sticky, or meat that should brown, I use my Circulon pans.

Too many chemicals in non stick pans. Those things can kill birds of they get too hot, according to my bird owning friends. I don't get sticking with my seasoned cast iron.

Green pans suck. Sorry to the PPs but be prepared for the coating to come off within the first year if you actually use your pans. I made a big mistake and bought 6 pans and they all ended up in the trash in 6-8 months.

+1. I buy them because I like the idea of the ceramic coating but I know that the pans are basically disposable. You can extend the life of them somewhat by never using cooking spray and using low heat only but the pans will still lose their nonstick properties within a year. I’ve never had one where the coating actually came off though.

Scanpan seems to last the longest.
