Trump apparently does not read the Presidential Daily Briefing, and he rarely even hears oral summaries of them. This guy is like a middle schooler who can't do his homework.

I know, but I thought we would be done in by the malevolence. Who knew the dementia would be the thing? I always assumed that his extreme inability to focus was a plus, because he could not get his act together well enough to screw us over. Boy was I wrong! |

| Trump is far too important to “take” briefings. He “gives” briefings. He knows more than the generals. He’s got an unbelievable talent for understanding these things — everyone says so. To put it another way, he’s “got a good you-know-what,” per his press briefing last Thursday, when he suggested that research should be done on using heat, light and disinfectants to clean the novel coronavirus out of people’s bodies. |
