1. He really DID read the PDBs -- and then turned around and lied to America for a month or so about the risk of pandemic.

2. He didn't read the PDBs, because he's a lazy idiot, and then turned around and made shit up about the pandemic.

"In response to questions about the repeated mentions of coronavirus, a DNI official said, “The detail of this is not true.” The official declined to explain or elaborate."

So, the idea that the PDB contained info about the coronavirus - false.
At least how the WaPo has outlined it.
