Are you addicted to anything?

Caffeine-diet coke & coffee. Just like two of the other PP's I would never had let myself be in that situation!

Ditto on this site and coffee.

Physical addictions: I can't stop cracking my knuckles, and I also like to gently stretch and crack my neck and back (chiropractor has assured me this is fine as long as I don't do to great lengths to crack them).

I love Starbucks chai lattes, and I love my morning coffee at work - but I'm not addicted to caffeine (I don't drink coffee the 3 mornings I don't work), it's the ritual of going to the kitchen at work, getting coffee, and taking it back to my office before diving into work - not the caffeine that does it for me.

I also freak out if I don't get in some physical activity at least a few days a week. Don't know that I'd call it an addiction, but it's engrained and I get restless and I go to great lengths to schedule in time for at least a walk, etc.

Dessert - I really like eating something sweet every night. It doesn't have to be a lot, and I don't have a weight problem or anywhere near it, and I eat healthy the rest of the day for the most part, so I don't see a problem.

Internet also - great way to escape, procrastinate, etc.

All of these things, I would be cranky without. So maybe not a true addiction but certainly deep habits.

TangySweet frozen yogurt. It is a serious problem. Six dollars a day.

I wish I was kidding.

I didn't think I had an addiction until I just posted in the Octomom thread. I am addicted to junk tv. I watch reality garbage. You name it. American Idol and America's Got Talent, fine...everyone watches those. But do I REALLY need to know who if Lisa is ahead on Iceroad Truckers??? I need help.

However, one of the two who doesn't drink is a compulsive shopper and liar. The other has a hard time with moderation - they have an 'all or nothing' personality.

Which one of the three are you?

This website - it actually interferes with work, the internet and coffee - although not caffeine. I gave up caffeine and still need my cup of decaf every morning in order to feel 'right.'

I knew a woman who brought her own alcohol in her suitcase on vacation just in case...

Sleep and maybe chipotle

The internet, DCUM, caffeine, wine, ice cream (along with the other poster, Blizzards...yum!) and House Hunters - along with being borderline on other HGTV real estate shows. I think that's all.

When I visited family in a dry county in Arkansas I brought my own wine. Does that mean I'm an alcoholic?
