Organic food not healthier??

We don't metabolize the kelp as efficiently as the fish do to produce the O3 and DHA.

Why is farm raised fish bad?

They feed it corn, some producers feed it algae and kelp, but for the most part it is corn. That makes them produce more saturated fats, in some cases, as much as pork.

You mean, wash our organic or conventional food in municipal water coming out of our taps? OK. You may know the source of your food, but do you know the source of your water supply?

Of course not. I only wash my food in pure glacial water imported in stainless steel canisters. It is all I permit my children, who are home-schooled because I am afraid of air fresheners, to touch.

I still plan to eat organic regardless of what that study says, for the many reasons stated above. I'm even going to catch my dinner with a line and hook tomorrow!
