The last sentence isn't even grammatically correct. So, AB, you're saying "maybe she can dress like a homeless lady?" Or that she already does? Guess I'm not "Smarter with Carter" (and wow, is that a cringeworthy slogan). |
I only found this thread when I clicked on "What is your favorite thread on DCUM right now?" I couldn't imagine how school board elections would warrant the title "favorite".
Now have to ponder whether I watch game 6 or just keep clicking on this thread and looking for news on Ashley Carter. Tough one... |
Same, I almost didn't click because I figured it was a just favorite for people that are really super invested in the school board race. So glad I gave it a shot! ![]() |
BEST.THREAD.EVER!
This, my friends, is going to be a DCUM classic! |
Oh please you can do both. Not like it's hockey. I also found this thread as you did. Amazing |
The title isn't exactly clickbaity... Can Jeff add to the title something clicky? |
This is too funny!!!!!! |

Now the Washington Times has picked it up.
http://www.washingtoncitypaper.com/news/loose-lips/blog/20839300/state-board-of-ed-candidate-caught-in-turkey-neck-flap Who else can we send this too? But truthfully, I am also cringing. Social media has changed everything. Thank God I was in my 20s in the 1980s... |
The first post could be a momentary lapse of judgment. But this cover up seriously makes me mistrust her judgment. This was a bad call. |
Washington City Paper =/= Washington Times |
That was me. Sorry. I also wrote "too" instead of "to". |
I think you mean that it was a volunteer who did that. No fault of your own. |
This post has brought some much needed laughter to my day. I think I'll knit a scarf for Mary. |
OP here. This has become way more informative than I thought possible! |
