Well he's nationally recognized now so no doubt he'll be on next season's Dancing With the Stars just like every other douche in dire need of an image makeover a la Paula Deen.
This season's douche desperate to be liked again is Ryan Lochte.

Mike Tyson is a convicted rapist. He shows up at all kinds of events, award shows, etc. No one seems to remember he raped a young women. It's sad......

Hopefully times have changed and our collective memories will be longer. I hate that celebrities tend to get a free pass for whatever bad behavior they have too.

Bringing charges against him brought the subject into the national limelight and its being talked about which is great. But it ruined her life because she didn't know she had been raped and would have gone on her life normally if he had never been caught. No winners here.

I think who wakes up/is found behind a dumpster with their underwear off and vaginal trauma would know that they had been raped. The hospital would do a rape kit even if the girl was in denial.

1. I think she would have figured out, as she regained consciousness and noticed her state, that something terrible had happened to her.

2. I'd say that guy that raped an unconscious woman and only served 3 months in jail is the winner.

The jail time is pretty immaterial - the sex offender register is a big deal. That is his punishment.

But he only has to register in Ohio. What if he moves out of Ohio? There's no national data base.

His life is not ruined. He has many sympathizers. I bet many in the MRA movement are reaching out to give the kid a second chance, a job, etc.
the only thing he can't do is swim competitively - a very small punishment.

Every time he moves he has to re-register.

Yeah, "for good behavior". What nobody available to rape behind bars? No passed out ladies laying around?

Really? I didn't realize the President has the power to enact state laws, and then sit on a bench of elected judges and pass down sentences.

When she woke up from her blackout, she would be somewhere. Would she know what had happened to her? I doubt it.

Clearly you haven't been taped while unconscious. Wish I could say the same. Trust me when I say: I KNEW! Jesus, the tears in my vagina alone were a clue to say nothing of the bruises. But, yeah...
