Brock the entitled Stanford rapist released from prison

After 3 months. What a slap in the face to rape victims.

I agree; but if her rape hadn't been seen by the swedes, would she even have known she'd been raped? Double edged sword this one. Bringing charges against him brought the subject into the national limelight and its being talked about which is great. But it ruined her life because she didn't know she had been raped and would have gone on her life normally if he had never been caught. No winners here.

Thankfully I have never been raped. But I think when she regained consciousness she would have realized that she had been violently sexually assualted.

Pretty sure she would have woken up in an alley with her pants down, which to me would be a pretty clear sign that I'd been raped. Plus let's face it, you generally can tell when you've had sex. Which very few people would choose to do in an alley behind a dumpster. And this girl had a boyfriend, so then she'd be wondering if she cheated on her boyfriend.

Can someone just kill him? Please? That shitbag doesn't deserve to be out of prison.

1. I think she would have figured out, as she regained consciousness and noticed her state, that something terrible had happened to her.

2. I'd say that guy that raped an unconscious woman and only served 3 months in jail is the winner.

The jail time is pretty immaterial - the sex offender register is a big deal. That is his punishment.

When she woke up from her blackout, she would be somewhere. Would she know what had happened to her? I doubt it.

I wonder how long before some judge decides its too hard for him to live on the sex offender registry and suspends that sentence, too?

A lifetime sentence doesn't make sense, and some states have revised the register so that offenders do not stay on it forever. It's not likely that Turner will be on it forever, but he will be on it for some time. It will greatly reduce his ability to get a job, start his career, etc.

Everyone knows turner now. His life is ruined. As it should be. He will have trouble finding employment, housing and getting married.

Of course she would know when she woke up. Being raped while unconscious is an act of violence that leaves bruises and pain. He didn't gently make love to her on her wedding night.

She had lacerations in her vagina and that general area. I think she would have figured it out. I strongly doubt she would have "gone on with her life normally."

What a ridiculous line of conversation.

You find a lot of leaf debris in your vagina? Forget about the bruises and scrapes she had, the pine needles and dirt would have been a huge tip off.

Exactly. She had sand and rocks in her vagina. That doesn't just happen.
