Any tips on long-term parking at BWI airport?

the shuttle took us there immediately and return was about 30 minutes wait.

We checked into a hotel the night before and left the car there for a week for free. I think it is one of those bwi park sleep and fly program.

I also like the offsite parking for BWI longterm. Have do e preflight and another one and both were great.

BWI long-term parking, hands down.

Used the parking spot last time we flew. They were great, had a AAA discount, shuttles ran all the time and we saved a ton of $. Distance wasn't any father than the airport long term parking.

The BWI express lot (cheaper than daily, more expensive slightly than long term) is AWESOME. The shuttle seems to come more quickly than long term, and it picks you up and drops you off right at your car, for like $2 more per day.

It's usually available, but occasionally full, however. Our backup is always the BWI long term lot, but you could bookmark an offsite lot instead.

We've had consistently good experiences with The Parking Spot. It's not any further away then the long term lots, and their shuttles run much more frequently and drop oyu off and pick you up directly at your car.

The other option is the Daily Garage.

Every time we've used the BWI long term lots, we ended up waiting forever for a shuttle to get to the airport - maybe we just have bad luck, but it's not fun to add that stress of waiting 20 minutes when you're trying to get out of town.

Fast park. Picks you up at your car, helps with bags, drops you back at your car. Got goodie type sling bags with crayons and activity books on th way in with kids and cold water when we left.

The Parking Spot is what I use too. Much more customer focused.
Forget the long term parking and the long wait for the shuttle.

We had a coupon for the Econopark. It was fine. It cost about $70 to park for 8 days. The shuttle comes very frequently.

For $1/day more, I prefer a covered garage to an open air lot. The lighting is better and I've heard of some car break-ins from the long-term lot.

The daily garage is $12 and the long term parking is $8, so the difference per day is $4, not $1.
I have parked both in daily and long term, last time I parked on the daily garage, I saw 4 long-term shuttles come by before the daily garage shuttle.

I have never had a problem parking in long term, car has always been fine. I do think it's nice to have it covered, but you should be aware of the correct pricing.

Also, since you will be gone for so long, it might make more sense to Uber there and back.

The kids and I left from BWI yesterday. Express was full but thanks to this thread, I knew right where the Parking Spot is and it was a so easy to use!

Pp here. I was being sincere, I hope it didn't come across as sarcastic.

Love them. Car to door and never waited more than a few minutes for shuttle even at 2am. 5 stars on Yelp and cold water.

We have used them twice this year and had a great Expirience both times. We even got free bottled water as we were leaving the gate. They have coupons for a dollar off on their website making it $7 a day.
