Klean Kanteen makes them in non-leaching stainless steel. Pricey, but durable. The sippy part is an Avent brand polypropylene (BPA-free #5) sippy spout. We just got one for my stepdaughter and a larger one for us too. So far, so good!
Also, looks like Greenfeet sells one that says "Teenie Weenie Greenie" on it instead of the Klean Kanteen logo (but it's still made by KK).
Hope that helps!

I have heard good things about the Born Free brand. They are now carrying the bottles at babies r us, but I do not think they have the sippy cups. The reviews I found online were positive and we have had success with the bottles. I put all the bottle parts in the dishwasher without problem.

.....I just ordered four of the born free brand sippy cups and was very disappointed today - after sterilizing and boiling they had a very nasty odor, discolored, and they have many pieces. Toddler was not thrilled with the bottle.... I am trying out two other BPA-free sippy cups from Avent (magic sippy cup) and Nuby to compare... We were very pleased with our Gerber Toddler GRaduates Sippy Cup before (but apparently this brand has BPA...)

I have tried so many and spent a lot of money on sippy cups! Born Free definitely leak, as did Foogo by Thermos (and they were so pricey). Avent has a sippy that is BPA free, but there are so many parts - same complaint about Born Free and Foogo.

The Gerber Sip and Smile that you can by in a two-pack at the grocery store is BPA-free, doesn't seem to leak (if you have the spout in), and has a minimum number of parts. And, best of all, they are less than half the cost of the expensive ones. I wash them in the dishwasher - put the spouts in my Munchkin dishwasher basket.

I wish I had just started out with the Gerber - would have saved a lot of money and hassle.

Sigg bottles have a coating inside b/c they are aluminum - not stainless steel. The company won't say what's in the coating/lining, they just say "don't worry - it's safe." Thanks Sigg but I'll pass. I like to actually KNOW what's in the products my kid uses.

I second the Kleen Kanteen. I etched their names in once - don't have to remember to write them again after washing.

My son really loves the Playtex line. They don't leak and easy to clean.

Born Free leak like a sieve. I returned all mine.

iPlay are great, but they do break easily if dropped on the sidewalk.

Nuby are the cheapest of the bunch (buy at Giant) and we've had no problems with them.

Anyone try The First Years sippys? They are $6.96 for 2 at Walmart online...

We loved the Nuby until DS learned to squeeze the straw and shoot water out of them across the room. There is a very slow drip if they are left on their sides on the floor. We also use the Munchkin Straw cups which also shoot water if he squeezes the straw just right.

Another recommendation for the Playtex line. We've used the ones with handles and have now moved onto the ones without handles and haven't had any problems with leaking. And very affordable too!
