It's impossible to be a republican and vote for her policies no matter where you fall on the republican scale

There are a huge number of fellow republicans like me that will vomit when we vote for Trump. We have to vote though , or it will be the same as voting for crooked Hillary.

Please describe a moderate republican and her policies. Damn, if Hillary wouldn't fit your bill.

There is data on this. Facts. Are you interested in data and facts?

Oh no if Trump wins old Reince is gone...he and his establishment Wisconsin mafia will be out on their fat asses. Same for all those bozos at the U.S. Chamber and the club for growth. Gone, gone, gone....

Hate to break it to you, but I think he's out either way. The only way Reince holds on to his position is if an establishment candidate on the Republican side somehow finagles the nomination away from Trump AND wins the election. I don't see that happening.

No need to wait until November. I'll do that right now.

Don't be a sheep. Think long term. A Trumo presidency would be disastrous for the party. I'd rather cut losses and find someone better for 2020. HRC will be a one term president and we will likely keep the house and senate. A vote for Trump sends the signal that we are ok with the party heading in the extreme direction it is.

New Rasmussen poll shows them tied. There's a good portion of people who won't vote for either and Clinton isn't getting those Sanders folks.

Trump has a chance to pull this off?

if trump, or any republican wins it will be the result of low turnout on the side of the democrats. you can blame the low turnout on the combination of people not excited about hillary and sanders supporters who refuse to come out and vote for her.

on the gop side, excitement for the candidates (mainly trump) seems legit and it looks like these people will come out in the general election to vote. the mostly "new" republican/conservative voters that intend to come out will mostly be the undercover racist, sexist, and anti anything "not american" who have thought the party failed them and refused to vote. combine that with supposedly rational folks who rather than embrace the anti anything not white rantings of trump, focus on admiring his straight talk, there is a chance trump can win.

i dont quite think its going to be a blowout by dems like some are predicting. i hang this all on turnout and if dems can get large numbers of mostly minorities to go to the polls and vote. if hillary cannot do this, trump has a serious chance of winning. i dont believe the numbers are there for trump to win if all things remain equal where turnout stays anywhere close to what its been in 08 and 12. trump has offended so many minorities that its hard for me to fathom how he brings these voters to him. i guess miracles can happen. im thinking that if they werent inclined to support romney who came across "nicer", how will they go to trump who has specifically targeted them in his rhetoric?

If the Sanders supporters don't come out and vote for her, she has only herself to blame.

Like it or not, she has to persuade them that she will meet their aspirations if she becomes president. If all she is going to do is a bunch of b-s platitudes why would any Sanders supporter with an ounce of brains want to support her?

Saying that the alternative will be Trump will not fly arguing that she would be the lesser of the evils.

If sanders supporters won't vote for her because she can't/won't promise the free stuff he does, they're just as dumb as the Trump supporters IMO. I don't love her by any means but her views are still way closer to Sanders than any of the Republican candidates. Four years of potential Republican controlled House, Senate, and White House is more than motivation for me to get out and vote for Hillary.

I think Trump has offended too many groups to win, although I agree it will likely be closer than many think.

If you don't go and vote for Hillary to ensure Trump does not become president then its your fault if he is elected. All that follows would be your fault too.

And, if you vote for Hillary, and she does win the general election - it will be your fault when our country goes to hell in a hand basket.

This is just the weakest argument that Hillary or her supporters can make for why one should vote for her; hold your nose and vote for her otherwise we may end up with Trump.

By that logic, all Republicans who have reservations about Trump should vote for him because otherwise they may end up with Hillary!

Bernie supporters. You have to ask?

HRC supporting dems have lost their ability to reason and the truth it, it will fall directly on them.

Pretty sure Rasmussen has been shown to be the least reliable of the polling outfits.

There was a GW poll a couple of days ago that showed them tied within the margin of error. I think she was ahead by 2 points.

According to Rasmussen President Romney should be up for reelection right now. Not the most reliable ... but then again, this cycle everyone has egg on his/her face.
