You should fire her. Then you can nail her with no repercussions |
The way she talks would put me off the idea of doing anything with her, no matter my marital status, how much or how little I valued my job, or anything else. She's trashy. I like my partners to have a modicum of class. |
Trashy people come in all shape, sizes and degrees of attractiveness. It doesn't change the fact that they're trashy. I'd rather go to bed with an inflatable doll than with someone who talks like that. |
I would simply like to know how much this poor girl had to drink. She clearly likes OP as a person and potential FB but she is going about it in a bizzare manner. I would be totally creeped out if she said this somewhat sober and would prob laugh it off if she were rocked. |
Yes, she wants to sleep with you. I can't even believe you have to ask. It's pretty obvious. |
Cob web statement screams elderly |
Hahahahahahaha |
Jesus. Where the heck do you work? |
Lol! True, true. |
Slut shaming causes all kinds of dysfunction in our society. If women want to talk freely about wanting sex, let them. Wouldn't have been good for OP to sleep with the co-worker, but it's good for women to be forthright about wanting to have sex. |
Why do coworkers go to happy hours? Do you even like your coworkers? Do you like them enough to socialize outside of workplace? Ugh. I shudder at the thought of being stuck somewhere with my coworkers talking about work and their cobwebs. |
Document it! She made an inappropriate suggestion to you that was unwelcome. She may persist, and she may later claim that you were the one making inappropriate remarks.
Send yourself an email with details about the time/place/situation, and do this any time in the future she says something of a sexual nature. If your company is large enough to have a human resources department, get them involved if it continues. |
Well, let's see. If you're her boss and you're happily married, why do you even need to ask the questions you're posing here, OP? Doesn't make much sense. |
What she said was not inappropriate. Who she said it to was inappropriate. Women should be allowed to talk about sex without being called names. How prudish many of you sound. However, women nor men should talk this freely to their supervisors. It definitely sends the wrong message. This woman may have no sexual interest in OP. She simply has no filters and the alcohol loosened her tongue at the wrong time to the wrong person. |
+1. "Cobwebs down there"? "Hump a pole?" Crass and nasty. |
