Was just coming out to post this from WTOP! ![]() Direct linkage: http://msdecompliancereports.org/ Also very very happy to see my in-home has done great on her inspections, doesn't really surprise me, she's got a good area set up. |
Hmph! I tried to look up a couple centers and can't find the KidStop in Rockville or the KinderCare in Rockville. Guess this is why they haven't formally announced it ![]() |

How would you handle non-compliance of your provider? I actually use two providers (have two kids) and they both were non-compliant in some areas. Wishe there was more detail - one of the charges made me very uncomfortable as it related to discipline. |
PP I would be worried also. You can request the info in writing from the state and it is only supposed to take 30 days but it takes longer then that and some phone calls in my experience. It would get you the full report though. Can you talk to your provider about it? The discipline seems a little worrisome though. I understand your worries-I just pulled DS out of a home daycare after 3 weeks based on my own concerns and observations and then saw some violations that echoed my concerns. They were not discipline related though. |
I spoke to my provider about some of the non-compliance issues and decided to not use the center anymore. The issues were worse than I hoped for and I was a little surprised, but glad, that she was so open about them. Her corrective procedures didn't seem diligent enough to me. |
