Providence is a beautiful city! A fairly small city, but still walkable, developed, modern, and plus it's close a lot of nice coastal areas.

Phoenix... eh. But great if you like outdoorsy things - great nature attractions all around.

Phoenix because of the cost of living, etc.

Providence because it's close to home. I'd probably choose Providence because I could see everyone I love more frequently

Providence - No 1 pick

Minneapolis - No 2

I can't even consider the other places.

Either Mountain View, CA or Providence, RI.

Minneapolis, too damn cold. I lived in St Paul when I was a kid. Gray and depressing all the time.

Phoenix, no thanks. Too hot, I'm fair skinned and, well, I'm not 70.

St Louis? Isn't that the meth capital of the United States?

Providence.

Phoenix. Lots of affordable homes, close to Vegas, snow, California. And cheap cost living.

Definitely Providence. Close to Boston, NYC...
I'm from right outside Mountain View and visit the area regularly still. Would never go back and live in the Bay Area. I can't really explain it. Born and raised in Northern Cal, but love the East Coast much more.

Lots of 'fair skinned' people live in the Phoenix. Most of the old people live in the
Sun City area.

I'd pick St. Louis.
