How to quit DCUM?

Anonymous
I joined Facebook and that keeps me busy too but I still love coming to DCUM. I don't think you should quit but I like the PP's idea of giving yourself a time to check it daily-you can look forward to it Right now-I'm trying to lose weight so I'd rather be typing on here than snacking!

I turn my computer off. Since my computer takes a century to turn on and load up it forces me to move-on once I shut down.

I've narrowed my daily forums to 2 sites, and yes I can't stay away from DCUM either!

What's your other favorite site?

oh what else...the zumba instructor forum. In contrast, the forum is totally positive. you can brag, vent, ask for advice, share tips and no one ever scolds anyone. But I suppose we're all too high on endorphins to get snarky, and we don't have the cover of anonynmity.
However, I have to admit sometimes I find the snarkiness here entertaining. sometimes.

You all go watch your children.
I bet they're keeping someone busy while you're here.

Agreed, this is one good way to limit it. Its the posting, then checking back on the posts, that kills me, timewise (and maybe spiritwise, too!)
