What is your favorite girl name?

I love Susannah and Veronica...if my sons had been girls, that is what they would have been named.

I also love the name Colette, but I think it would sound ridiculous with our last name.

Yes I was kidding. My DD is "Molly" as a nickname and my niece is "Mary Jane" so when they were together the other day I was at the park saying "Mary Jane.... Molly! 5 minutes" I got some interesting looks

Names hubby vetoed that make me sad: Laurel and Heather

Two names I was shocked he did NOT veto: Tanith and Veronica

Wacky name I might sneak by him as a middle name: Clover

I know a little Laurel. At first I thought it was a bit odd, but now I really like the name. Maybe it will grow on your DH too?

Do you like Emmeline? I've actually met two of these recently - both pronounced with the "line" versus "leen" sound. I think it is quite pretty.
