What is your scent?

It's almost impossible to use too much. Don't let the low price throw you off-this has been my go-to day fragrance for years.

I second this. I used it in HS and then stopped using it. Then, on a whim, I picked some up at CVS a few months ago. I've received many compliments on good it smells. And it's not overwhelming.

They still make that stuff? I wore that every day in HS. I loved it. I don't wear perfume any more though... as I've gotten older I've gotten really sensitive to smells. It makes me sad because I used to love perfume.

I just know that everyone who wears Chanel #5, or Angel-T Mugler must not be in their right minds.

Just smelled Poppy Flower by Coach and it was wonderful. I'm putting it on my Christmas list. I think you'd like it, OP.

Ralph by Ralph Lauren is def light and floral. I don't think it's very fruity.

The Jo Malone suggestion is a good one. And Clinique Happy. Hermes has a line of perfumes based on different flowers or natural scents that you should check out. I like the amber one, but it doesn't sound like what you're looking for.

Also, the purple Love's perfume is lavender. My mom and I did a homemade Christmas gift project where we made lavender scented ball salts and used that perfume as the fragrance.

I like the Aura Cacia essential oils at Whole Foods. I am hooked on lavender and cedar wood oil, but they have a variety of citrus oils too.

I love givenchy perfumes, but I really like the spicy rather than the floral/ citrusy so can't think of anything now by them that is floral. For light summary smell that is floral I like l'eau d'issey.

Every time I go into that store, the sales people are so rude and unhelpful! I hate that place.

I actually find them stalkerish - it's hard to browse without having them approach/hover. Mind you, all done with a sweet smile and puppy dog-like desire to please.

I like Fresh Red Jasmine, a Bulgari perfume my DH got me, and Angle by Theirry Mugler.
