People were attacked today and instead of everyone agreeing that is wrong, we are told that its kind of reasonable given what's happening in Palestine. Saying that these things arent related isnt "downplaying" it. It's called having moral clarity. There isnt a justification of what happened in Colorado.

You can argue it but it would be a stupid argument. What do you think is more likely to cause people to turn to violence:

1) An address at a college commencement calling for an end to genocide; or

2) The actual genocide?

In fact, it could be argued that by outlawing or otherwise making peaceful protest impossible, the current climate is making violent protest more likely.



You might have a point - if we heard condemnation from the college protest leaders about the violence against innocent Jews we have seen in recent months. But there has been silence from them. I would bet that some are secretly celebrating the deaths of the two young people in DC and the injuries suffered in today’s attack.

No, they love this stuff. On another thread they are talking about how they want humans to die out. They celebrate death and violence and pretend to be righteous and to care about-- exclusively-- Palestinian children. Not other children, not the children among the casualties today-- only Palestinian children. So, so righteous.

I just read a book about the Holocaust and I'm having a very hard time understanding how Israelis' can support what is happening in Palestine. Killing thousands and thousands of people.

I'm sorry, but I'm trying to care about this attack.
