If your 2-year-old did preschool 3 mornings a week….

We moved to 5 mornings a week for 3s. DC turned 4 about halfway through the school year, so she was an older 3. Keep in mind 5 mornings per week isn't really 5 mornings. Between sick days and holidays, many weeks ended up being just 4 days, and sometimes less. They are ALWAYS sick at this age.

I did 3 full days from age 1.5 to 3, full days made more sense for my schedule. The other days were spent with nanny and doing extracurricular with me, I wasn’t ready for full time and I still make time in my work schedule to keep her 1 day a week now that she’s in Pre K3.

We did 3 half days at 3 and 4. They have their whole life to go 5 days a week once K starts. I liked having midweek days to do activities with them.
