This house in my neighborhood has been under construction since 2018, and is finally going on the market. I checked the listing out of curiosity. The house looks nice - I mean, they had 5 years to get it right - but the description? It’s like the realtor handed a 5th grader a thesaurus and asked for maximum adjectives.

Chat gpt is a possibility. The only thing that raises thesaurus eyebrows for me is “capacious,” plus using opulence in one sentence and then opulent in the next one.

Also, this seems overpriced? Feels like $2.4 to me. We’ll see.
