OP - could be worse. I had a very large bottle of fish sauce tip over in the back of my fridge and didn’t realize it until after a vacation.

| Hot water. If your spices are in bottles they should be okay. Could either transfer to new containers or just boil some water and use that to clean them off with rags. |
| A handheld steamer would fix your problem in no time. I use mine to clean stove messes and I think it would work on molasses too. If you use one, be careful because the steam is really hot. It sounds like the tool you need, though. |
I think the shelves are removable. Blow dryer is your friend!!! Blow dry area to heat up the molasses |
I agree with the posters who suggested got water and elbow grease. OP may be able to scrape some up to start, but should be careful not to use anything that may damage the finish on her shelf. |
