We went to Sam's on the Waterfront in Annapolis in November and it was LOVELY. Even nicer than it looks on line and the food is terrific.

| 2941 in Falls Church. The food is on the "fancy" side - i.e. not meat-and-potatoes, but I loved it, and the service was great. the restaurant is located in an office building in an office park - random - but the restaurant is all glass and looks out onto a beautiful tree-lined lake. |

indigo landing's food sucks! but the view is amazing. go for drinks and sit outside.
for something more casual, jimmy cantler's near annapolis is great for crabs and beer! |
