We visited the school during its open house last weekend. First impression of the facility and staff was great. We would love to send our child to the two's program in the fall 2010. We are aware of past problems the school had prior to mid 2006 and realize that some of this "negative" reputation may still be out there. We discussed this with the Principal and she was very honest about this matter.

We are looking for feedback from people whose children currently attend this school or have attended any time AFTER mid 2006 (since the major changes were made). We would appreciate feedback on the teachers, two's program, communication with staff, school events, discipline method, how long can they wait for a child to finally be potty trained, preparation for kindergarten, etc etc.

Thank you SO much in advance. We realize that it takes precious time away to answer these questions, but again we would truly apprecite it.

P.S. I have checked previous posts on this school but most of the feedback was pretty general.

Our son is only 9 months old and I currently stay home with him. Once he turns 2 years old we would like for him to attend a part-time pre-school. We realize we still have several months before he reaches 2, however, we keep hearing things about "long waiting lists" and stuff... So here are our questions:

1. Is it too early to start looking around for a pre-school that we will need in over a year? If so, when is it a better time to do so?

2. Has anyone had any experience or know anything about this place?? Any idea of costs??

3. Any other pre-school setting anyone can recommend in the Bethesda/Rockville area??? Any bilingual (Spanish) pre-school in these areas??

We feel so clueless about all of this, and thought this would be a good place to start.

We appreciate any feedback we can get from people...
