Garnier discontinued my favorite styling wax! They put a crappy "putty" cream out in its place, not even close. Now they've relabeled that as wax, and it's not. Pisses me off! The wax had 5 star ratings too!

I just hate the feeling that I will miss the important family even and it may just happen once. But other priorities are more important. Btw, I just listed the events in timely order. I don't favor one over the others in the order for those may think that way.

If it were that important, your cousin would have a wedding that wouldn't cost so much for her loved ones to attend. JMO, of course
if you have to ask....

When I was in kindergarten a few decades ago everyone had to bring their own supplies, and there was no communal anything. Thus why I didn't figure it out (to the PP who was alarmed that I couldn't figure this out -- sheesh). This is all new to me, as there is also no communal anything in my DCs' preschool either.

I also wasn't being sensitive to anything. I was simply curious.

Also, the logic isn't necessarily sound. If they really just want 50% of the class bringing some communal supplies, it doesn't follow that dividing the list by gender is the way to go. Classes are generally not evenly divided along gender lines, and often they are heavily weighted with more of one gender than the other.

Times have changed. Ask your friends. And it's not an exact science to get the class divided EXACTLY in half.

...and I'm alarmed that you could not figure this out.

OMG, amen a million times over...
Why does it have to be a "V" name?
paper napkins. We use real dishes for every meal, so I'm sleeping guilt free, LOL. That may sound odd, but do you know how many friends I have that use paper plates for meals?!
Chicken cacciatore over pasta and green beans
Nope!
