I guess they are the two lowest levels, added after the tryouts to accept as many player as possible.

PPA is less established but the experience will vary depending on the coach. They have a general policy of starting all new-to-the-club players on their lower teams, but the upside is that they are on the lookout for standouts as they year progresses- so the top coaches are actually paying some attention to the lower level teams. But it can also suck if you get a weak coach.

I have no SAC experience.

Does anyone happen to know the lowest-level teams of these clubs? Which one does the best job of improving young players' skills?
What should we do if the tryout results of other clubs don't come out before the acceptance deadlines for some offers?

Is Yellow the lowest level of PPA (lower than orange)? I can’t even find it for U10 in their program guide. I think OP is right. They added this team as a response to a lot of interest.
