Only covering because they cannot be in a DC pool without it. I think it’s crazy personally, but I don’t want my girls to get cold with all the wet big shirts on their body… so I choose the smallest bikini I can find.

Pool employees who made my (at the time) 3 year old pull her swimsuit back up after I had lowered it so she would not be wet and cold… I was disgusted to be honest and left immediately.

OP you should not dismiss this. Your daughter is disrespecting the teacher and disrupting the class. It is not acceptable. The other kids are presumably the same age and are not acting like your daughter.
