Did they reach out to coaches or POC? Agree with above, first and maybe second teams are stacked. Saw them played kids are technically skilled.

Have not seen at younger team, must be older group u15?

Heard some REF's was cards happy at Mondoon.

Trace is much more bang for the buck. Don't have a camera to lend, but if you want it filmed manually with a tower camera (much better video quality) - happy to do it for $50 per match.

Thanks. We will just go without recordings at this point.

Having compared Veo 1 to Trace for our team I disagree. Trace quality and post processing is poor.

Agree with DaniRoja, Veo vid quality much better, they just need to get their act together as to customer service and CAM issue's.
Lots of folks got lemon VEO2 many issues like not charging, specially the first 2 batches they shipped out, mine has been working great. With the new firm update should fixed many issues.
Things are fluid nothing is firm with MLS Next clubs as new recruits come in, team roster changes. Your son will need to keep up his training. Coach mentioned this and was written before signing contract. My son is Future on Amour U13, but also play on 2nd team. What age group is this?
RantingSoccerDad wrote:I saw a DCVAFCACAD team play today. Completely mismatched jerseys -- one kid ran around in bright green while the rest of his team was in dark green -- but they were dominant, albeit in a rather low bracket at the Virginian.

They don't seem to have any web presence whatsoever, and I don't see them in NCSL or EDP.

Basically, who are they? I vaguely remember some mergers/partnerships in DC (like DC XI Project). Were they involved?

Another Grass Root soccer club, very small, I think consist of 2 or 3 age group, mostly boys. I have seen them at Richmond RVA Turf War tourney. Other then that no idea.
Heard U12 coach just quit suddenly. Anyone got insight if this is true?
RantingSoccerDad wrote:Where are you seeing an NPSL Presidents Cup? The only NPSLs I know are a national adult amateur league and the North Puget Sound League.

Sorry typo VPSL
Could someone explain what's the difference between VYSA "The President Cup" vs. NPSL President Cup? Why they just don't have one Pres. Cup for VA?
vasoccerdad wrote:Each age bracket (U12-U19) had several competition levels with 6-8 teams in each level. The Super Group was the highest competition level in each age. The SG had teams from Alaska, Florida, New York, Virginia, Maryland, etc. From my research, all of the teams in this level were fairly competitive within their respective leagues. The tournament included many teams from clubs outside of the CCL, some of them traveling quite far to play.

Thank you...
vasoccerdad wrote:Im new to this site and topic. I found it via google search for CCl ECNL Merge.

I was at the Adidas National Cup this weekend where my son's team was playing in the "Super Group". At the event there were a lot of National League Alliance signs, so it is obvious that the CCl is now affiliated with the NLA. However, I also heard a lot of "rumors" about the CCL going into the ECNL-R. I overheard the coach of a team saying that because of their standing in the CCL, they would be going to a USCS tournament, and if placed there they would go on to the USCS regional. He referenced it as a "New Development" in the CCL.

Any thoughts?

What age bracket was Super Group?

Great idea, going to try this.
