We're in Hagerstown visiting family and hoping to meet up with our friends who live in Olney. I'm looking for something fun and active to do with 5 boys ages 3, 6, 7, 7, and 9. I'd like something between Frederick and Olney. Probably something indoors because it looks like rain. Ideas?

I'm strongly considering an offer for a position at the Universities at Shady Grove and I'm looking at housing in the Frederick area. I would be commuting during the 8-5pm rush hour. How long will it take me to commute to and from Frederick to Rockville? My husband will be out of state for most of the year so I will be juggling three kids, work, and a commute. If not Frederick, what areas would you recommend (with good schools, family friendly environment) that is reasonably priced? My salary will be an educator salary so I need lower cost housing.
