Does anyone have experience with a great foreclosure attorney in DC?

We were in the middle of a short sale and just lost the buyer because the bank wouldn't budge. Foreclosure is immentn. We'd be happy with a deed in lieu but have no idea how to proceed. This is for my husband's junior 1br in DC--he had to move for work and we live in Chicago now and have one kid and a baby on the way and no money to keep this up. HELP PLEASE!
