We typically receive hundreds of resumes for our job openings, yet very few candidates follow instructions. Resumes should be sent in Word or PDF format via e-mail to fajob@thegreengroup.com. You can virtually guarantee a telephone screening interview by submitting an articulate, well-written cover letter that relates your specific skills or experience to the job advertised. Great cover letters get lots of attention because they are so rare. If you feel your resume speaks for itself, then you can omit the letter, your call.
