Just wondering what worked for you ladies for getting back in shape following delivery (and following the go-ahead from your doctor). Specifically, what worked for getting your stomach muscles/shape back to normal? I'm almost back to prepregnancy weight, but I seem to have all this extra skin now

I am pregnant for the first time, and plan to get back into pilates once I am cleared. And lots of walks with the little one

I did a lot of walking and did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred video everyday while I was on maternity leave. |
