What Sides to make with Ribs?

I think a side of macaroni/cheese and another of a leafy green (spinach, collard greens, kale, etc) would be good.

| I grew up in Memphis. Our standard sides with ribs were potato salad , baked beans and conbread! Yummy-now I wish I was home for the holiday! |
