I don’t object to minivans per se, but I have only ever driven a low sedan and I don’t want to have to drive something massive. Now that my twins are in elementary I am finding it would make lots of things easier if I drove a car that could fit 2 other kids without anyone having to ride in front. What donyou drive that is parkable and smallish?
3 rows? Easiest answer is minivan (sorry). The new Kia Carnival has gotten great reviews and I love my plug in hybrid Pacifica. I find parking not problematic but you can get parking assist features on many vans now.
I bought the Mazda 5 for just this purpose, and love it, but I'm afraid it's not sold anymore in the States. It has a normal sedan footprint but seats 6. There was a comeback planned for 2020, but I suppose it got delayed.
Yeah, minivan or a glorified minivan (highlander, palisade, telluride, etc.)
I'm not a minivan fan, but if you want to transport 4 people plus yourself with no one in front passenger seat... that's 3rd row. That's an SUV with a 3rd row option or a minivan, and minivan if your primary use is hauling people rather than stuff.
I don’t mind minivans if it doesn’t feel massive. I am more looking for suggestions for vehicles (minivan or SUV) that drive more like a sedan vs. truck. Just looking to narrow down how many test drives I have to do.
Check out the VW Tiguan. Smallest most affordable 3 row SUV that seats 5 in the back.
Acura MDX maybe.
Kia sorrento…
Peel P50
