| What can I make with ground turkey thigh? I grabbed it accidentally from whole foods instead of breast. It skeeves me out a little, what would it taste good in? |

| I use ground turkey thigh a lot. It's more flavorful than ground turkey breast and lower in fat than ground beef. And my kids like it. I put it in spaghetti sauce instead of ground beef; I add it to chili to supplement ground beef, and it makes great meatballs. |

| I always use thigh insted of breast too - much more flavor. I just used it to make Dan Dan Noodles - like the ones at PF Chang. Found an Emeril recipe on the web and they were great. |
