Best liquid liner

I have trouble finding really good liquid liners. I like extremely thin tipped ends. I don't like brushes because you can't control the point enough. I also have problems with the line fading in spots by the end of the day and it ends up looking like there are little gaps in my liner. I had one that I LOOOVED that I got at a 7-11 in Japan, lol! but I have no idea what brand it was or if I could even find it here. I haven't been able to find one like it since. Does anyone have a favorite?

my favorite is Maybelline in a conical bottle. I have not been able to find it in a store recently though.

I use the waterproof. I am a cry-baby, and I have oily lids that make everything smear like crazy if not waterproof. Clinique touch-base shadow helps to prevent the smearing, too.

I use a Loreal lineur intense. In the gold bottle. It has a felt tip that is very fine.
