what do you know about soy isoflavones?

heard a lot of people use it as a sub for clomid.

Since no one else has responded, I will...although I don't know much. I've just heard about taking soy in order to stimulate ovulation because of the estrogen-like effects of soy. I don't know anyone who has ever tried it. You might want to check out some other TTC forums for more input.
