They cost about $100 for a team of 30 students, plus you will need to make copies.
My kids school charged $65 and ended up making about $5000 for the PTA. You would need volunteer coaches to do practices which tends to be easy to get. |

Not sure about running it, but to get coaches, you just say spots are limited and it is first come first serve, but if you volunteer to coach your child is guaranteed in. It's what various youth sports leagues do. |
