Hello,
I had one cycle of IVF (unsuccessful). My insurance (AETNA) only covers us for $10k lifetime, and we have about $3700 left. How much did you all end up spending? And how many cycles did you go through? Do fertility clinics have payment plans or something like that? I'm with SGF. Don't know if we can actually foot the bills for the next cycle, add to it the emotional and physical roller coaster of undergoing another cycle
Thanks for sharing. |

I spent around $5k for natural
Cycle IVF. |

Check out CNY.
I paid 10k for meds but I had low AMH |
| I am in shared risk at Shady Grove- you either get a baby or get your money back. It is 28k for shared risk and about 5-7k for medicine for each retrieval cycle. I have not had a transfer yet, so I don’t know how much those meds are. |
| Do you live in MD? |
Usually transfer meds are a lot cheaper, can be just a few hundred dollars depending on your protocol. |
+1 to CNY, especially if you are young and don't have any super complicated issues. They don't do any hand holding and it's kind of an IVF factory, but they are low cost and you can get multiple cycles there for the cost of one cycle elsewhere. You can just do your monitoring locally and fly to NY for the retrieval/transfer. There's a great FB group that helps with logistics as well. |
I spent about $1500 at my med happy clinic (not natural cycle). They medicate you for the full 1st trimester. I'm sure that's the upper end. |
| My sis spend EUR2,500 for IVF with meds in Gdansk IVF clinic |
| I m with Aetna too with no more coverage. We just did IVF with S g. We paid around 9000 for the fresh cycle + $5500 for meds and $1500 for PGD. SG gave me Aetna’s rate. |
