How quickly does the SACC list move at Haycock?

Anonymous
I'm sure I'm beating a dead horse, but my son is starting K in the fall and has just gotten into the SACC AK program. We're still on the waitlist for BS and AS. Anyone have any experience with how fast the list moves for these? And does anyone have any good recommendations for before and aftercare that feed into Haycock?

Thanks!

My suggestion is to call SACC. I find all of the staff there extremely helpful. Once, I got someone on the phone for about an hour and he gave me all the ins and outs of sibling priority, transfer priority, etc (did you know you can be on the wait list at more than one school, in case you are thinking about moving?). They can't promise when you might get in, but they'll give you an estimate of how things are moving.

I recall my child was about 90 something on the waitlist at Haycock, and about a year and a half later, we got a call saying they had a spot. I think there are karate studios that will shuttle the child from school to the studio for aftercare/karate lessons.
