For those of you who get regular massage therapy to help with your infertility, what type of massage do you get?

I don't know anything about a preferred type of massage, but you should make sure they aren't using scented oils on you, which can interfere with fertility (at least, that's what several massage therapists have told me). Also, they shouldn't be working your feet too much if you are in your 2ww because there a pressure points that can increase your chance of miscarriage.

try mayan abdominal massage or lymphatic drainage, those were the two that were recommended to me specifically for infertility.

I went to an acupuncturist for my IVF cycle and asked her about massage (because massage is more fun - acupuncture is dull.) She said there is a woman in Arlington who does IVF massages - I didn't ask for her name though, sorry. Perhaps Google it?

I read a study saying that acupuncture increases the odds of getting pg with IVF, but haven't seen anything similar for massage.
