ISO Recommendations - Absolute Beginner Adult Tennis Lessons in DC

The Parks and Rec programming is full.
I never learned to play and I am interested in taking lessons to learn the sport.

Any recommendations on programs, group lessons, private lessons - and things to look out for.

If you can be geographically flexible at all, the JTCC in College Park gets good reviews. I’m taking a class there for the first time this fall.

St Albans Tennis center offers private lessons for non-members, but it's expensive. The instructors are good, though.

Why? They have private lessons. The instructors are good.

I think the potomac tennis center has some lessons for adult beginners; also, there is a NextDoor DC tennis group.
