Manassas United and SYC merger for MLSNext

Anyone have any insight into how this merger will actually be accomplished.

Didn't realize Manassas United had many teams. I think SYC is bringing more to the table here.

Anything to win. No need to develop players when you can partner later on and WIN!

Much easier than fielding your own teams

This was already in place last year where Manassas sends their best players to help syc in mls and retain them to play in their regular league games.

Manassas does bring something like their partner ship or whatever it is with Cerritos academy or whatever other teams they had the little unofficial scrimmagefest I mean it's not alot but it bring players and partnerships and that seems fine to them

Correct and they probably have extended it to all ages now.

SYC's TM and coaches are excellent at bending the rules...wait until the season starts...

It's a lot easier to just recruit a huge player pool than develop players.

Which is odd because SYC did so poorly in MLS Next. Play 10 games and get shutout in 8 of them.
