Recommmend a sandal for me with these specifications!

I'm searching for the perfect sandal.
Here are my requirements:
* flat or very, very low heel
* Something that squeezes in the the bone just below my pinky toe (in other words looking for a strap that tightly fits the area RIGHT under the toes, almost the beginnings of toes)
* a non slip bottom

That's it. The hardest is finding something with the strap. I have weird feet and I find it much more comfortable to have the strap around that weird bone under the pinky toe and I also find it make my feet look better too. Please give me your suggestions!
