Missed Estrace right after fet

I forgot to use my Estrace (in on 2mg 2 times a day) the night of my Fet. I took the morning dose then forgot the evening dose. I took my morning dose the next day. I’m now worried I have ruined everything. Waiting for nurse to call me back. Anyone done this? I feel like an idiot.

There is nothing you can do at this point except forgive yourself and move on! Fingers crossed for the FET to work! What did the nurse say?

Thank you. They said it was not a problem and not to worry. The progesterone is more critical apparently.
