I walked into to Giant yesterday to fill a prescription and walked out with 2 lbs of fresh Atlantic salmon. Now the question is how to cook it? I usually grill it, but can do that tonight and would like to do a little more to it than just pour lemon and dill over it. Any ideas?

| I coat mine in olive oil and squeeze fresh orange juice over it,then add pepper (freshly ground) and bake at 400 degrees until done. |
