Let me just go ahead and answer it for you in no particular order. Everything that follows will be the pissing match between parents in favor of one league or another.

MLS Next, ECNL, CCL, NCSL and ...
Girls
Girls Academy, CCL, ECNL, NCSL and ...

Thats a good start and by no means is that the total list but it is in fact the most common leagues you will find in the area and they all have their warts

ODSL doesn't even operate at the moment.
OP, within many leagues there also is promotion and relegation. Big as in statute are MLSNext and ECNL. Big as in size is NCSL.

There's also ECNL Regional. I'd put that under EDP. The only problem with putting MLS Next so high is that it's unstable. You don't even know which age groups will be included from year to year (if any).

MLS Next if you are on an actual MLS team's academy, other than that, it's unproven.

ECNL is the better league at this point.

Only if it’s EDP Division 1. Everything else is probably around CCL or lower.

Yeah this clown has no idea what he is talking about. MLS next is not the biggest league in the area, what a joke. It might be top 10 in size.
